Have you ever fallen for someone you know you shouldn't?
Try hard to fight your feelings, but you just couldn't?
He's only a friend, nothing else.
That's the lie you keep telling yourself.


A simple glance turns into a stare
But you look away and pretend that you don't care.
It's not right for you two to be
Is that why you hide your feelings so he can't see?


He considers you as a bud
But day by day, you'll falling deeper in love.
When he talks to you is an unexplainable bliss
But to the one for him is a chance you have to miss.


Your friendship can't be risked over this.
So to be his girl is an impossible wish.
But how long can you pretend
Or keep lying to yourself that he's just a friend?
